Rotary Foundation Recognizes Ken Shull

At the April 4th meeting of the Rotary Club of Tryon, Rotarian Ken Shull was presented his second and third level Paul Harris Awards for his continuing strong support the Rotary Foundation. The awards are named in the honor of the founder of Rotary International and recognize the recipient’s strong support of the Rotary Foundation which funds programs to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, education, and alleviation of poverty. Among the programs funded by Rotary International are the elimination of polio and the provision of clean safe drinking water. The members of the Rotary Club of Tryon expressed their appreciation for the commitment of Ken Shull to the ideals of Rotary.
