The Rotary Club of Tryon was fortunate to add two new Paul Harris Fellows to our ranks today. Alexandra Adams was recognized for her service to the Club with a Paul Harris donation made in her name. Alexandra is not a member of the Club, but she has been an integral part of our Gourmet Nut sales for the past few years. Most of our members wouldn’t know it was time for their “shift” if not for a friendly call from Alexandra. Jim Bross earned his Paul Harris Fellow award at another Club, but his worked pulled him to our area before he could receive the recognition. It may be two years late, but the Club was happy to recognize the donation made by Jim. The Paul Harris Fellow recognition acknowledges individuals who contribute, or who have contributions made in their name, of $1,000 to The Rotary Foundation. District Governor Bill Biddle was on hand to recognize Alexandra and Jim for their contributions to our community and Rotary International.
