Tryon Soap Company Visits Rotary

At this week’s meeting, the Rotary Club of Tryon met the person that may be the friendliest shop owner in Tryon, Robert Mangum of the Mountain Trail Soap Company. One of the Rotary Club’s newest members, Kristin Hylland, brought Robert to the Club after visiting his shop and being impressed by both his products for sale and his enthusiasm for life.

The Mountain Trial Soap Company started out of necessity when Robert couldn’t find a soap to meet the skin care needs for his family. The quality of his products has allowed him to grow from a home business to a storefront in Tryon. Robert loves having a shop in Tryon and can’t imagine being anywhere else.

Tryon’s Rotarians are always excited to learn about new businesses and organization in the area. The Rotary Club of Tryon meets each Thursday at the Tryon Presbyterian Church.
